Vacant Property and Unsafe Structures

The mission of the Neighborhood Inspections Division is to identify structures throughout the City that are unfit for habitation and oversee the rehabilitation and/or removal of these structures. This process plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and health of our residents and neighborhoods in our City.

What can be done when code violations are observed on properties that are sitting vacant?
  The same ordinances and services available to residences with problem neighbors are available if the properties are vacant.  The most common issues are listed below with phone numbers and links to the appropriate provider:
